SENEDIA and NUWC Provide Judges for High School Projects

Rogers High School Senior Project Judging

SENEDIA responded to a request by Rogers High School (through Candie Desjardins of NUWC) to fill a need for Senior Project Judges. SENEDIA Companies provided four judges and NUWC provided five. Rich Talipsky of SEA CORP commented, " I was exceptionally impressed by quality of the presentations and the poise exhibited by the presenters". The Senior Project were part of a new curriculum requirement for High School Seniors (across the State).

A need for mentors (those professionals from the community who help guide the senior thorough their project research) was also identified. SENEDIA plans to contact the various area High Schools well before the start of the next school year with a list of prospective mentor volunteers available for senior projects.
